This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of ochratoxin A at levels greater than 0,4μg/kg.
The method has been successfully validated in 2 interlaboratory studies according to ISO5725:1996 [1] on wheat whole meal containing 0,4μg/kg and 1,2μg/kg of ochratoxin A.
NOTE: Numerous laboratory experiences have shown that this method is also applicable to cereals, dried fruits, oilseeds, pulses, wine, beer, fruit juices and raw coffee, see [2], [3], [4].
