Abstract - (Show below) - (Hide below)

A common framework data structure for unambiguous identification in RTTT/TICS systems is established in this Standard. It excludes any physical aspects such as interfaces. It is neither air interface protocol or frequency defined. Headers, frame markers and checksums that form part of transmission are thus excluded. Specifications for protecting against classifying and qualifying aspects of the data structure elements or changes are not covered. Defines default encoding for simple AVI/AEI applications where no other relevant application standards exist. See Section 4. UNIVERSAL CLASS AND APPLICATION CLASS TYPES are explained.
