Purpose of this agreement is to enhance interoperability to describe, primarily at the operational level, the generic procedures, interdependencies, and considerations required to conduct intelligence operations in support of peacetime and crisis operations. Describes the intelligence and requirement management functions and intelligence support to joint targeting.
