    Describes a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of the caffeine content of: green coffee; roasted coffee; soluble coffee, regular and decaffeinated; and mixed instant coffee products (e.g. coffee/chicory mix or cappuccino-type coffee drink).
