    Defines a procedure for measurement of the airborne noise given out by small air-moving devices, eg those used for cooling electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment. Includes propeller-, tube-axial-, vane-axial- fans, centrifugal-, transverse and cabinet blowers together with variations of these kinds.
