    Scope Section A - Brooders 1.1 This Section applies to both portable and stationary electric brooders, for potentials of 250 volts and less, designed to be used in accordance with the rules of Part I of this Code. 1.2 This Section applies to electric brooders for use inside buildings on farms and commercial hatcheries. Note: Included in the scope are brooders of the hover, battery, and infra-red lamp type. 1.3 This Section does not apply to infra-red heat lamps as lamps. ------------------------------------------------------- Section B - Incubators 1.1 This Section applies to both portable and stationary, domestic and commercial electric incubators for potentials of 250 volt s and less, designed to be used in accordance with the rules of Canadian Electrical Code, Part I.
