    Determines values of equivalent electrical parameters of piezoelectric quartz crystal units, using automated measuring equipment. Uses standard coaxial terminations, coaxial airlines, calibrated mismatched terminations, and short circuit terminations for calibration of instrument test fixture error terms, and verification of instrument performance.
