    Diese ÖNORM legt Anforderungen an die Konstruktion und Herstellung von Wölfen fest. Die von dieser ÖNORM erfassten Maschinen werden für die kontinuierliche Zerkleinerung von frischem oder gefrorenem Fleisch, von Fleischprodukten und Fisch durch Zerschneiden in einem Schneidsatz verwendet. Normative Anhänge enthalten Angaben über Materialien, die den Hygieneanforderungen entsprechen, sowie Beschreibungen der Gestaltungsmerkmale der verschiedenen Maschinenbereiche, betreffend diese Anforderungen.
