Gegenstand dieser ÖVE/ÖNORM ist die Beschreibung eines Messverfahrens für den Oberflächenwiderstand Rs eines Supraleiters bei Mikrowellenfrequenzen mit Hilfe des Zwei-Resonatoren-Verfahrens. Messgrösse ist Rs und seine Temperaturabhängigkeit bei der Resonanzfrequenz. Die Messapparatur wird während der Messung durch übliche Hilfsmittel auf die spezifizierte Temperatur abgekühlt.
