Abstract - (Show below) - (Hide below)

Specifies the general assembly characteristics applicable to pantographs, for enabling current collection from the overhead line system. In addition, it specifies the tests for performance by the pantographs, not including insulators. Not applicable to pantograph dielectric tests which are performed on the pantograph on the vehicle roof, or to pantographs used on isolated metros and light rail systems.
