Abstract - (Show below) - (Hide below)

Specifies the high-altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) environment which is one of the consequences of a high-altitude nuclear explosion, considering high- and low-altitude explosions. Defines a common reference for the HEMP environment to select realistic stresses for application to victim equipment for evaluation of their performance.
