    Describes a rapid method for the determination of trace amounts of phosphorus (<= 40 mg/kg) in crude or redined animal and vegetable fats and oils (hereinafter referred to as fats).

    This International Standard specifies a rapid method for the determination of trace amounts of phosphorus (≤40mg/kg) in crude or refined animal and vegetable fats and oils (hereafter referred to as fats). The limit of determination of the method is 1,0mg/kg.
