It covers application and performance and specifies the necessary tests and trials to ensure efficiency and reliability of such obscuration devices.This document is not intended to cover Hold-up alarm systems, standalone or vehicular security pyrotechnic obscuration security device.This document also gives guidelines on the criteria for design, installation, operation and maintenance of security pyrotechnic obscuration security device.NOTE This document does not deal with CE marking, chemical (REACH/CLP) or transport regulation requirements for pyrotechnical devices set forth in the relevant European regulation and harmonized standards issued for this purpose.
