    Diese ÖNORM legt Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung einiger physikalischer Eigenschaften von Laborblättern, hergestellt aus Zellstoff, fest. Sie ist für Laborblätter anzuwenden, die nach ISO 5269-1 oder ISO 5269-2 hergestellt wurden. Sie muss mit den relevanten internationalen Prüfverfahren für Papier in Verbindung gebracht werden, auf die hingewiesen wird. Die in dieser ÖNORM festgelegten Prüfverfahren weichen in bestimmten Fällen von denjenigen ab, die in relevanten Internationalen Normen für Papier festgelegt wurden. Dies ist auf die begrenzte Menge von Prüfmaterial zurückzuführen.
