Describes the minimum metrological and technical requirements for the design, construction and tests required to obtain type approval from the national responsible body (see foreword) and verification of instruments used to determine the mass of liquids under pressure contained in a tank while it is in a static state using the hydrostatic pressure (pressure differential method) of the liquefied gases in vertical cylindrical tanks.
