    SHOULD BE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH BS EN 60598-1. Defines requirements for handlamps and similar portable, hand-held luminaires to be used with tungsten filament and tubular fluorescent lamps on supply voltages not in excess of 250 V. Does not include handlamps fixed to a support with a wiring screw, clip or magnet, or those used for inspecting the interior of barrels.
