Specifies the elements necessary for the preparation of the instructions for the maintenance operations, which are provided for new installed passenger lifts, good passenger lifts, accessible goods only lifts, service lifts, escalators and passenger conveyors. It does not cover: a) instructions for the installation and the dismantling; b) any legal examinations and tests based on national regulations.
