This standard specifies the requirements for the professional activity of the Ayurvedic Technician, i.e. the professional who provides consultancy and operates according to his/her specific technical competence, in the field of prevention, maintenance and improvement of psychophysical wellbeing of the person, according to those aspects of Ayurveda (science of life, according to the ancient Indian tradition) of non-medical relevance.
