This Technical Specification provides guidance for the safety management of chemical, biological, radioactive, nuclear or explosive (high risk) substances, such as those listed in the EU CBRN Action Plan, which are used within health facilities (HCF); it covers the life cycle of these substances within the HCF control plan.
