The technical specification shall establish:- which measurement data are to be collected and recorded by the different devices concerned;- the minimum performance which each of the devices concerned must guarantee and the minimum construction requirements which it must meet in order to guarantee such performance, - the appropriate procedures for the possible remote transmission of the established measurement data, - the maintenance operations necessary to guarantee the specified performance over time.
