The technical specification shall establish:- which measurement data are to be collected and recorded by the different devices concerned;- the minimum performance to be guaranteed by each of the measuring groups (GdM) concerned and the minimum construction requirements which it must meet in order to guarantee such performance,- the appropriate arrangements for the remote transmission of the measurement data laid down, - the maintenance operations necessary to guarantee the specified performance over time.
