This document specifies the general safety requirements for power-driven all-terrain industrial trucks with variable reach (hereinafter referred to as forklifts) intended for the handling of loads, equipped with a telescopic lifting device (rotating lifting arm) to which a load handling device (e.g. carrier plate and forks) is attached.
