This document specifies requirements and test methods for straight sections of factory-manufactured, insulated twin-pipe construction units for direct underground district heating networks in accordance with EN 13941 1, which consist of two steel medium pipes, a polyurethane (PUR) foam thermal insulation and a polyethylene sheath.
