This document specifies requirements and test methods for composite fitting and steel fitting assemblies of factory-manufactured, insulated twin-pipe assemblies for district heating networks in accordance with EN 13941 1, which consist of two steel medium pipes, in most cases steel fittings and/or steel fittings, steel components, polyurethane (PUR) foam thermal insulation and polyethylene sheathing.
