This Part 1-4 of EN 1993 contains supplementary regulations on the design and dimensioning of buildings and engineering structures, which enable the application of EN 1993-1-1, EN 1993-1-3, EN 1993-1-5 and EN 1993-1- 8 to include austenitic, austenitic-ferritic and ferritic stainless steels.
