This document describes the calculation of the following: - Mass flows for the design of pressure relief devices for parts of refrigeration systems; - blow-off performance of pressure relief valves and other pressure relief devices in refrigeration systems, including the data required for the design of these devices when they blow off into the open air or into part of the refrigeration system at lower pressure; - Pressure drop in the inlet and outlet lines of pressure relief valves and other pressure relief devices, including the required data.
