This document specifies three methods for determining the bulk density of granular refractories (grain density) with a grain size greater than 2 mm: ¿ Method 1: Mercury displacement process under vacuum; ¿ Method 2: Method with stopped water absorption; ¿ Method 3: Vacuum process with centrifuges option according to ISO 5017.
