This document applies to all building services systems in accordance with ÖNORM B 2110 in which it is necessary to minimise the heat flow from the transport medium to the environment or vice versa, as well as to prevent the dew point from falling below the dew point on the pipe and insulation surface, in particular for heating, hot water and solar systems as well as for chilled, chilled and cooling water systems and for air duct systems of residential and non-residential buildings, and defines the following definitions in this regard: properties of the respective thermal insulation.
