Applies to fastening systems used to attach rails to the uppermost surface of concrete or asphalt slabs in non-ballasted track construction, which has a minimum curve radius in excess of 40 m, with a maximum design axle load of 260 kN, including fastening systems for floating slabs but not fastening systems for embedded rails.
