The rectangular, push sides, hand oiler shall consist essentially of rectangular body, two washers, and a spout. The body and spout shall be cold-rolled steel or High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) materiel not less than 0.020-inch thick. The oiler shall be leakproof regardless of the position of the spout.
