Covers two types of fabric sandbags for field fortifications, breast works, revetments, personnel shelters, ammunition bunkers and gun emplacements use. The bags are not recommended for temporary flood control where easy and rapid deterioration and destruction of bag fabrics is required once the flood danger has passed.
