Establishes risk-current limits and referee test procedures for electromedical apparatus intended for use in the vicinity of patient care. Limits for non-patient-contact electromedical apparatus are also set. Applicable to line- and battery-powered apparatus as well as to apparatus used singly or with properly connected accessory equipment.
