    The following calculation rules apply to conical shells that are connected to a cylindrical shell on the same axis by a corner joint or flange (see Figure 1) and are subjected to internal or external overpressure, within the following limits: 0.001 ≤ s − c1 − c2 Da1 ≤ 0.1 Formula (1) must be fulfilled for s = sl and for s = sg.
