An OCD is the results of a conceptual study performed to support the specification and development of a system. Describes information and its application, and the roles of the people who should assemble an Operational Concept Document. This publication includes practical information on applying and packaging the operational concept technique, as well as an example of how the process was applied to the development of a major NASA system.
