The Specifcation for Safety-Related Steel Structures in Nuclear Facilities, hereafter referred to as the Nuclear Specifcation, follows the lead of the 2022 AISC Specifcation for Structural Steel Buildings (AISC, 2022a), hereafter referred to as the Specifcation, and modifes the provisions of previous AISC Nuclear Specifcations to make it compatible with the Specifcation.
