Outlines the Logical Level 2 (device level) Interface for disk drives. In accordance with ANSI X3. 129-1986. Capable of handling data rates from 0 to at least 10 megaoctets per second. This standard facilitates the development of a device level interface allowing the interconnection of disk slave peripherals to a controller. Some proper names of signals are in uppercase to avoid confusion with other uses of the same words. Some conditions, sequence parameters, or similar terms are printed with the first letter of each word in uppercase. Any lowercase uses have the normal English meaning.
