Assists in the development of a comprehensive training program, addressing selected health, safety and environmental regulations of federal agencies that are applicable to refineries, and petrochemical, chemical, and gas processing plants. The agencies and their regulations include OSHA (29 CFR 1910, general industry standards), EPA (40 CFR), DOT (49 CFR), and NRC (10 CFR). Jointly developed by the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the Chemical Manufacturers Association (CMA).
