This report characterizes the exposure of consumers to components in gasoline (regular, mid-grade and premium) at self-serve service stations in three cities. The report also includes fenceline data as well as operational parameters required for correlations with measured exposures. The components in air and bulk samples of gasoline that are analyzed include n-hexane, benzene, xylene, toluene, MTBE and total hydrocarbons.
