CORRELATIONS/FACTORS
Describes project involving ten pipeline facilities in the USA, which were screened and inventoried by means of EPA Method 21 guidelines (excluding those on tank tops). Developed emission factors for six component types at three types of pipeline facilities. Calculated fugitive emission rates by means of new emission factors.
