SECTION 4 - SPECIFIC PROCEDURES

A checklist intended to assist the Owner and the Contractor in defining their separate responsibilities when executing work assignments as the plant or various areas, systems, and facilities of the plant are being completed. Intended also to facilitate the transfer of responsibility from the Contractor to the Owner for the care, custody, and control of the plant.
