Developed by an Industry Coalition which includes representatives from over twenty petroleum industry associations, providing a functional description of onshore gas gathering pipelines for the sole intent of supplying users with a practical guide determining the application of the definition of gas gathering in the federal Gas Pipeline Safety Standards, 49 CFR Part 192, and state programs implementing these standards.
