    Gives charts intended to provide designers with a reasonably accurate basis for design of pipe systems. The charts are based on the Manning, Hazen and Williams and Colebrook-White formulae. The Colebrook-White charts have been drawn for a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and cover eleven k factors ranging from 0.003 mm up to and including 6 mm, together with calculated examples. A tabulated guide to roughness coefficients of valves and fittings with calculated examples is also included.
