Sets out a spectrophotometric method for the determination of nitrogen dioxide in indoor air using a passive tube technique. This method is applicable to indoor air in which the expected nitrogen dioxide concentration is within the range 0 to 30 ppm by volume (0 to 6000 µg/m(sup)3(/sup)) for an exposure time of 1 h, and has a detection limit of 0.06 ppm for a 4 h sampling period.
