It includes sections on planning, selection, siting, operation and maintenance, inspection and repair. Appendices provide examples of an inspection and testing certificate, and a typical logbook format. It is intended for use with AS2550.1, and AS1418.13 which specifies the design and installation requirements for building maintenance units.
