This Standard specifies requirements for the application processes for new codes i.e. institution identifier codes (IIC) and codes defined in AS 2805.12.2.NOTE: The codes align with ISO 8583, which specifies a numbering system for institution identification codes for financial institutions that do not have an institution identification number.
