Sets out requirements for the normal operating procedures which should be carried out to ensure the safety of personnel. Includes measures relating to control of access to operating areas, work in the vicinity of exposed live parts, and the movement of vehicles and machinery in the vicinity of overhead lines. Technically equivalent to IEC 621-5.
