Defines a means of creating a high-bandwidth, digital, bidirectional channel for user data using multiple, lower-bandwidth, digital channels. The lower-bandwidth channels may be switched or non-switched. This Standard specifies the service definition, ISDN call establishment procedures and the channel aggregation protocol.
