This Standard specifies particular safety requirements for seesaws and rocking equipment intended for permanent installation for use by children. The requirements of this Standard apply in addition to the general requirements for playground equipment set out in AS 4685.1. NOTE: Appendix A provides guidance for assessing the safety of equipment that does not conform with the types defined in this Standard.
