Specifies the procedure for direct glazed automotive glass replacement.

This Standard specifies the procedure for the replacement of direct glazed automotive glass. The Standard aims to ensure that when direct glazed automotive glass is replaced, the structural integrity, safety features, and the appearance of the vehicle are not compromised. The vehicles referred to in this Standard are those defined in the Australian Design Rules Part B, Subpoint 2, Vehicle categories as:MA—Passenger car. MB—Forward control passenger vehicle.MC—Off-road passenger vehicle.NA—Light goods vehicle.
