This part of ISO 7240 specifies requirements, test methods and performance criteria for power supply equipment (p.s.e.) for use in fire detection and alarm systems installed in buildings.It is not necessarily applicable to power supply equipment with special characteristics, developed for particular applications, which could require further tests.
